This policy explains what information DG RV Detailing ("we", "us") collects when you visit dgrvdetailing.com or request a quote, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the type of RV you need detailed — submitted through our quote form.
- Automatic information: basic analytics data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referring site) collected via Google Analytics 4, plus anonymized session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity (form inputs are masked — we do not see what you type into the quote form).
How we use it
- To contact you about the quote you requested and schedule service.
- To route your request to the right technician for your RV class and location.
- To measure which pages and ads produce real leads so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services we use
- Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Microsoft Clarity — generates heatmaps and anonymized session replays to help us understand how visitors use this page. Form fields (name, phone, ZIP) are masked in all recordings. Microsoft's privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- StaticForms — receives and forwards your quote-form submission to our inbox. Their privacy policy: staticforms.xyz/privacy
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — not currently enabled. If we begin running ads on Meta platforms, we will update this policy before activating tracking.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. You can disable these in your browser settings or use a browser extension like Google's Analytics Opt-Out.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (subject to any records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons).
- Stop contacting you — just reply "stop" to any text or email, or use the contact info below.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
